INDIE FILM
NIGHT IN
DULUTH
On Saturday, November 7th, meet Minnesota’s flaming hot film talent when the ZINEMA2 hosts IFP/McKnight’s CINEMA LOUNGE — featuring the best in short films from greater Minnesota — and the Duluth premiere of INTO TEMPTATION, directed by Minnesotan Patrick Coyle and starring Kristin Chenoweth.
This special ZINEMA LOUNGE (5:00 PM) will also feature the latest Duluthian to win a filmmaking award: SARAH JEAN KRUCHOWSKI won this year’s IFP FRESH FILMMAKERS PRODUCTION GRANT! See the entire line-up below.
Want to get a piece of the filmmaking action? If you’re a screenwriter or filmmaker, come to a session on how to apply for the MCKNIGHT FILMMAKING AND SCREENWRITING FELLOWSHIPS (4:00 PM). Writer/Director Patrick Coyle got one of those McKnights a few years ago — and now he’s in bed with Kristin Chenoweth. Figuratively speaking. Meet him after the INTO TEMPTATION SCREENING!
And it’s all happening at the brand spankin’ new ZINEMA2 in downtown Duluth!
Here’s the rundown:
4:00 — How to Apply for the McKnight Screenwriting and Filmmaking Fellowships - FREE
5:00 — CINEMA LOUNGE Short Films ‘n’ Drinks - FREE
7:30 — INTO TEMPTATION ‘n’ Q&A with director Patrick Coyle - $10.00
